Here at APDAY, we love to celebrate birthdays! We can create a birthday workshop full of magic and surprises for your child AND make it a “piece of cake” for mom and dad! Choose from our complete packages below or we can design a customized workshop to fit your needs. Each workshop lasts 2 hours and is led by 1 teaching artist (in character) and 1 assistant.

Princess Ballerina Party

Every little girl dreams of being a princess for a day. We will provide everything to help make the dreams of your Little dancing princess and her royal court come true! Each princess ballerina will enjoy a lovely, glittery face painting session and then will dress up in a colorful tutu accessorized with princess scarves! Princesses will participate in a royal court dance, participate in themed games, and let their imagination soar during fairytale story time. Your Little Princesses will learn a charming dance taught by your very own Party Ballerina and will receive a 4x6 keepsake photograph to remember their enchanting day. A Dancer's delight!

Pixie Party

Flying fairies, leaping frogs, and fluttering butterflies. The birthday girl will get dressed up in her very own pixie skirt and shimmering wings. Her guests will be dressed in fairy skirts and crown of flowers to wear as they explore this beautiful fantasy garden. This party includes glittery fairy face painting, a private fairy dance class, party goers will let their imagination soar during fairytale story time and participate in magical games for a mystical birthday celebration! Your Little Woodland pixies will learn a mystical dance taught by your very own Party Pixie and will receive a 4x6 keepsake photograph to remember their magical day.

Pirate Party

Arrrg! You’ll be the coolest pirate in town when you celebrate your Pirate Birthday party at APDAY. Our party pirate will lead your shipmates as they walk the plank, jump over hungry crocodiles, and even go on a treasure hunt! The Pirate Party includes pirate face painting (no pirate is complete without an eye patch and mustache!), a personalized pirate led jig, and exciting games for all ye swabs. Each scallywag will receive a 4x6 keepsake photograph to remember their plunderin day. It’s a treasure-filled birthday celebration.....me mateys.

Neverland Party

The Neverland Party is a combination of our Pixie party and Pirate party. This is the perfect choice for a girl – boy birthday party. It includes everything you see in our Pixie party and Pirate party.

Basic Package

APDAY' s Basic Party Package includes everything you see above, a goody bag for each guest that includes a coupon for a free dance class, festive decorations, and all the party paper goods you will need. You supply the drinks, cupcakes, and pizza (optional).

$10 for each additional guest (15 max)

Premium Package

Upgrade to our Premium Package and we will supply the cupcakes and juice. You supply the pizza (optional).

$200 for up to 10 guests

$12 for each additional guest (15 max)

Supreme Package

Let APDAY do EVERYTHING! We supply the cupcakes, juice and pizza!

• Each party workshop lasts for 2 hours
• Saturdays from 2pm -4pm, 5pm - 7pm and Sundays from 12pm - 2pm, 3pm - 5pm

Party workshops must be booked and paid in full 10 days prior to the selected date. Confirm your party in advance (suggested because availibility is limited) date by making a $25 (non-refundable) deposit. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party guests. Guests may wear comfortable clothes, (dressing to the theme is always fun, but not required).
